What We Do

Martial Arts for Kids (6+)
Our fun and engaging classes help children build life skills while learning martial arts. We focus on self-control, positive thinking, good manners, and listening skills.
Along with martial arts techniques, children develop perseverance, bravery, and the ability to stay focused—skills they can use in everyday life. Plus, they’ll make new friends and enjoy activities like dodgeball!

Martial Arts for Adults (16+)
Join our mixed-ability adult classes for all skill levels. Train alongside all skill levels in a friendly, supportive environment. Expect to get fit, have fun, and immerse yourself in a dynamic martial arts journey.
Our structured curriculum moves from white belt to black belt. You'll learn self-defence, pressure points, weapons forms (staff, sword, fan, cane), empty-hand techniques, and more.
About Us
Since 1975, Loddon Martial Arts has been helping students of all ages and skill levels build confidence, learn self-defence, and improve fitness in a supportive environment.
Rooted in Han Guk Mu Sool, our training combines three traditions:
- Tribal (Family): Promoting unity and respect
- Buddhist Martial Arts: Encouraging mindfulness and discipline
- Royal Court Arts: Teaching weapons like swords, spears, and archery
As an affiliate of Han Guk Mu Sool, we guide members to Dahn testing at the national level. We also follow the Safeguarding Code in Martial Arts to ensure a safe, inclusive space for all.
Join us to gain confidence, learn new skills, and become part of our martial arts family.
